Packaging

Every order arrives in our signature branded box — included free, always.

UK Shipping

Free on every order. No minimum spend.

We dispatch within 1 business day — same day if ordered before 1pm. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24, so you'll get a tracking number and can follow your order all the way to your door. Delivery typically arrives the next working day after dispatch.

Next day guaranteed delivery is available at checkout.

International Shipping

USA: 7–21 business days after dispatch.

We currently ship to the UK and USA only. We are unable to ship to EU countries at this time.

All customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.

Changed your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to return any non-earring item for a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return postage is your responsibility. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the item.

Why 14 days? Because we'd rather you have enough time to be sure than rush a decision you're not happy with.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including return postage. You shouldn't be out of pocket because of our problem.

Earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This is standard practice across the jewellery industry and we hope you understand.

If your earrings arrive faulty, we'll replace or refund in full, including return postage.

Rings

Please check our Ring Size Guide before ordering — we've made it as simple as possible. We cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection, so it's worth a quick look before you buy.

How to return

Email or WatsApp us before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return address and make the process as smooth as possible. Items returned without prior contact may experience delays.
